Crann explains what he loves about Wednesday gem Cadamarteri
It was a really well-taken goal that got Cadamarteri off the mark for Wednesday in the senior ranks.
Crann said on Owls Heaven: “The thing that Bailey offers that is the most exciting for me is his positional awareness. His ability to be in the right place at the right time; I think sometimes people that down to luck and it’s not. It’s a natural ability and it’s work and knowing where to be.
“The goal he scored the other day, he times his run. He doesn’t just think that because Josh Windass has got the ball he’s got to get straight into the box. He holds back and he delays his movement.
“I’ve watched him come through the ranks and it’s really nice to see. He’s put a lot of work in, Bailey, you could always see there was something there. He’s come back and he looks like an adult now.”

The teenager is rated very highly by Wednesday and it emerged yesterday that the Owls want Cadamarteri to sign a new deal.
