After recently securing five-star EDGE Isaiah Gibson and being projected to land five-star defensive lineman Justus Terry, the Georgia Bulldogs have once again succeeded in poaching a top recruit from USC. On Monday, Dominick Kelly, a four-star cornerback for the 2026 class, committed to Georgia. This commitment marks Georgia’s second defensive addition in just three days and continues Kirby Smart’s successful recruiting efforts against Lincoln Riley.
Kelly, who stands 6-foot-1 and weighs 175 pounds, plays at IMG Academy in Bradenton, Florida. According to 247Sports, he is the 15th-ranked cornerback nationally and the 34th overall player in Florida.
Kelly was originally recruited by former USC defensive backs coach Donte Williams. With Kelly’s commitment, Georgia’s 2026 class now includes three recruits: five-star quarterback Jared Curtis, three-star cornerback Jontavius Wyman, and Kelly. The Bulldogs’ 2026 recruiting class is currently ranked fifth nationally, though the recruiting cycle is still in its early stages.
