After going undrafted in 2023, Green initially joined the New York Giants shortly after the draft. However, he was subsequently released from the team following the conclusion of training camp.

During his collegiate career from 2020 to 2022, Green had a mixed role as a starter for the Michigan Wolverines. Primarily, he played as an outside cornerback and accumulated 1,109 snaps in that position. In contrast, his time in the slot was limited, with only 95 snaps recorded.
