Both Newcastle and Aston Villa are among the interested parties, and they are prepared to meet the €40 million price tag to secure the talented South American.

In a recent report, it was mentioned that Aston Villa has joined the race for Juventus’ Matias Soulé, alongside Newcastle United and a few other clubs. Gazzetta dello Sport had previously indicated on March 1st that Newcastle has been monitoring the winger for several months. Now, Calciomercato brings both Newcastle and Aston Villa back into the discussion when discussing Juventus’ plans for the 20-year-old player.

 

 

Soulé, who is currently on loan at Frosinone, has had an impressive season, scoring 10 goals and providing two assists in 29 games. During the winter transfer window, the 20-year-old Argentine rejected a €25 million bid from Al-Ittihad. However, his valuation has now increased to €40 million.

Juventus is planning to hold discussions with Soulé’s agent to assess his situation, as several clubs have expressed interest in signing him. Both Newcastle and Aston Villa are among the interested parties, and they are prepared to meet the €40 million price tag to secure the talented South American.

In the upcoming summer transfer window, Newcastle and Aston Villa will compete for Soulé’s signature. Juventus aims to sell him to the highest bidder, and there is also a possibility of including him as part of a deal to acquire Atalanta’s Teun Koopmeiners.
