Per Indy Star, Hall brings a ton of experience. She played more games than any other four-year player in South Carolina history. During her time with the Gamecocks, she helped the team win two national championships and reach the Final Four four times. She also helped them win three SEC Tournament titles. Hall earned the nickname “Big Shot Breezy” after hitting clutch three-pointers in key games – like the big win over LSU in January 2024.
Before Hall, the Fever used their 19th pick to draft Makayla Timpson, a forward from Florida State. They later selected Yvonne Ejim from Gonzaga with the 33rd pick.
Hall was the second South Carolina player taken Monday night, after Te-Hina Paopao at No. 19. Her teammate Sania Feagin was selected just after her at No. 21. With the 2025 season set to begin on May 17 against the Chicago Sky, the Fever are stacking their roster with skilled players. Bree Hall is the newest name on that list and she’s already making Indiana proud.
