THE SECRET’S OUT: Social Media Erupts Over Georgia’s Latest Commitment

Four-star high school football player Cortez Smith has made his commitment to the Georgia Bulldogs, becoming their third interior offensive line recruit for the class of 2025. As Georgia continues to build their roster, head coach Kirby Smart is still aiming to secure their first commitment from an offensive tackle.

Smith currently plays for Parkview High School in Liburn, Georgia, where he has earned recognition as the No. 6 prospect for interior offensive line positions nationally. He is also ranked as the 16th best player in Georgia and the 132nd overall recruit in the country. At Georgia, Smith is expected to contribute as either an offensive guard or center.

Standing tall at 6 feet 4 inches and weighing 310 pounds, Smith marks Georgia’s 21st commitment for the class of 2025. Following Smith’s decision, Georgia’s recruiting class now ranks third in the nation. He joins Mason Short and Dontrell Glover as fellow four-star recruits for the Bulldogs’ offensive line in the upcoming season.
