It’s time for our yearly digression into who will watch the lead-out show for the Super Bowl. With the broadcast rights to Super Bowl 58, CBS opted to show The Equalizer’s season premiere in 2021, which drew in 20.4 million people, the last time they had the chance to do so.
The action drama television series Tracker is making its television series debut this year on CBS. “Tracker follows Colter Shaw (Hartley), a lone-wolf survivalist who travels the country as a’reward seeker,’ using his expert tracking skills to help private citizens and law enforcement solve all manner of mysteries while contending with his own fractured family,” the show synopsis reads.
Dramas usually score poorly in Super Bowl contests. Consider the performance of these non-medical dramas, for instance, since 2000:

Only 24% of you claimed you would watch The Masked Singer four years ago, despite the fact that it ended up pulling the largest post-Super Bowl crowd since 2012.
