Steven Stamkos Shares ‘Contagious’ Insight as Predators Ride Recent Surge

The Nashville Predators, after a slow start to the 2024-25 NHL season, have shown signs of resurgence, with Steven Stamkos playing a pivotal role. Following their 6-2 victory over the Colorado Avalanche, which marked four wins in their last six games, Stamkos highlighted the team’s momentum, calling winning a “contagious feeling.” He noted the importance of building on this positive stretch and maintaining consistency.

Stamkos, who had a quiet start with just one goal in the first five games, has since added a goal and three assists over the last six. Reflecting on his early-season challenges, Stamkos remains optimistic, stating that as long as he’s generating scoring chances, he’s not worried. His recent goal against Colorado, deflecting off the goalie’s glove, exemplifies his persistence.

As the Predators prepare for a matchup against the Los Angeles Kings, they’re hopeful their recent surge continues.
