“That Was Absolutely So Much To Spend On A Player” – Buffalo Bills Land Gabe Davis Replacement in Latest 2024 NFL Draft Projections

After once again falling short of their projected potential, the Buffalo Bills find themselves with more questions than answers heading into 2024. The club’s second receiving option, Gabe Davis departed to the Jacksonville Jaguars to the tune of a three-year, $39 million deal, which gives Josh Allen’s offense another problem to deal with.

Will The Buffalo Bills Look For a Gabe Davis Replacement in The 2024 NFL Draft?

In CBS Sports’ latest projections, Josh Allen could have another toy to work with in the form of Texas wideout, Adonai Mitchell.

“Buffalo and Stefon Diggs seem to be on more solid ground this off-season and Curtis Samuel has a specific role in the offense, but they could benefit from having another pass catcher capable of keeping the defense honest. Adonai Mitchell has the size that will prevent opponents from putting a smaller cornerback on him and the speed making it difficult for a bigger cornerback to stay in-phase.”
