With the first week of college football just around the corner, the broadcast team for the Georgia vs. Clemson game has been announced. As the offseason concludes, both teams are gearing up for their initial games, and TV networks are finalizing their coverage plans. ESPN has disclosed that Sean McDonough and Greg McElroy will be in the booth for the Georgia-Clemson clash, with Molly McGrath on sideline reporting duties.
McDonough and McElroy are familiar names to Georgia fans. McDonough recently served as the play-by-play announcer for Georgia’s dominant 63-3 victory over Florida State in the Orange Bowl, while McElroy was the color commentator for Georgia’s win against Georgia Tech at the end of the 2023 season.
The game is scheduled to kick off at noon on August 31 in Atlanta. This matchup will be the first between Georgia and Clemson since their 2021 season opener.
