The USC Trojans have recently secured a major commitment from top EDGE recruit Xavier Griffin, adding another significant piece to their 2026 recruiting class. There is speculation that Griffin might consider reclassifying to the 2025 class, which could significantly accelerate his recruitment and strengthen the 2025 class. However, if he remains in the 2026 class, his commitment will mark the 5th recruit for USC and solidify their position as the 3rd overall class, according to On3.
