Tottenham Hotspur manager Ange Postecoglou has provided some good news on the player front ahead of Saturday’s Premier League meeting with Everton.

The Spurs boss has confirmed that Brennan Johnson, Giovani Lo Celso and Ashley Phillips are all available for the 3pm kickoff at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.

Johnson had to come off early in Tottenham’s win over Nottingham Forest last week after a clash of heads, but he has trained all week.

Meanwhile, Lo Celso sat out Spurs’ encounter with the Reds due to a muscle strain. He was a doubt prior to the Toffees game, but Postecoglou says he too is back.

And finally, Phillips returns to the fold ahead of schedule after suffering an ankle injury England Under-19 duty during the November international break.

Triple injury boost for Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou

Postecoglou previously said he expected the 18-year-old to be out until the New Year, but he returned to training this week and is now also available.

“Yes, Brennan’s fine – he’s trained all week,” the Tottenham manager told SPURSPLAY, via the official Spurs website, at Friday’s pre-match presser.

Meanwhile, BBC Sport quote Postecoglou as saying during his press conference: “Gio Lo Celso is back.

“He is fine and except from the suspended boys [Yves Bissouma and Destiny Udogie] we are missing, everyone else is OK.

“Gio has trained last couple of days and Ashley Phillips is also available.”

Postecoglou was reportedly ready to hand Phillips his debut in November, but sadly the injury he picked up on international duty put paid to that.

Now, the ‘phenomenal‘ talent is back ahead of schedule, and hopefully he won’t have to wait too much longer to get his first senior minutes at Spurs.
