Micky van de Ven insists Tottenham Hotspur are fearless of Liverpool ahead of the pair’s Premier League meeting on Sunday.
Both have enjoyed a positive start to the campaign with the Reds trailing Manchester City in second and Spurs currently occupying the last of the top four places.
It marks a major upturn in Liverpool’s performance levels and results having overcome their shortcomings in midfield, whilst new Spurs boss Ange Postecoglou has had the same effect after reinstating attacking football at his new club.
The Reds’ next opponents most recently came from behind twice away to North London rivals Arsenal. Whilst that means they fall behind Jur0gen Klopp’s men in the standings, van de Ven sees the playing field as level on Sunday.
